Survwin — Survey Rules & Compliance

This document defines the mandatory rules for participating in Survwin surveys and reward tasks. These requirements exist to protect fairness, prevent abuse, and ensure accurate point allocation. By submitting a survey, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to Survwin’s server rules and Terms.

Enforcement: Survwin may deny points, void submissions, require additional verification, restrict survey access, or apply server penalties when suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant activity is detected.

1. Discord Membership Requirement

Survey participation is restricted to members of the official Survwin Discord server.
The Discord server is the authoritative hub for verification, announcements, reward distribution, and dispute handling.
You must provide your exact Discord username (and any required identifier) as requested by each survey.
If you are not a member at the time of submission, leave the server during processing, or attempt to switch accounts to bypass controls, your submission may be invalidated and points may be denied.
Membership is required to receive official updates, verify eligibility, and access ticket-based support if issues arise.

2. One Submission Per Survey

Each survey allows one submission per individual unless explicitly stated otherwise in that survey’s instructions.
Survwin may use technical measures to enforce this rule (e.g., browser storage flags, device indicators, server-side logs, and moderation review).
Attempts to submit multiple times—through alternate accounts, cleared storage, private browsing loops, VPN/proxy rotation, device switching, or any other bypass method—are treated as abuse.
Where abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, Survwin may remove points, void rewards, restrict access, and/or issue a temporary or permanent ban.

3. Data Collected

Survwin collects only what is necessary for survey operation and reward integrity, such as your Discord username and your survey responses.
Survwin does not require sensitive personal information (e.g., email address, phone number, government ID) for standard surveys.
Survey submissions may be transmitted to authorized Survwin systems (including Discord webhook-based intake) for logging, verification, moderation review, and audit purposes.
Data is used for: (a) crediting points, (b) preventing duplication and fraud, (c) improving surveys and the platform, and (d) generating aggregate results. Individual responses are not shared publicly unless explicitly stated.
Survwin does not sell survey data. Access is limited to authorized staff for operational needs.

Important: If a survey requests payout details, it should be done through official ticket channels and verification steps—not inside public survey fields—unless explicitly announced by Survwin staff.

4. Anti-Abuse and Honesty Policy

All answers must be submitted honestly and in good faith. Spam, nonsense entries, or intentionally false information may be rejected.
Automation is prohibited, including bots, scripts, auto-fill abuse, or any tool that simulates user input or accelerates completion unnaturally.
Users must not attempt to manipulate results, coordinate mass responses, or influence outcomes for rewards.
Survwin may investigate patterns that indicate abuse (e.g., repeated similarities, suspicious timing, account networks, or evasion indicators) and may require additional verification.
Any attempt to evade or tamper with anti-duplicate protections is treated as deliberate cheating.

5. Points and Rewards

Points are awarded only after a submission passes validation checks and is confirmed to be compliant.
Incomplete, invalid, duplicated, or suspicious submissions may earn zero points, even if a confirmation message appears on-screen.
Point values, reward conversion rates, payout methods, thresholds, and processing timelines may change as announced in the Discord server.
Survwin may freeze, adjust, revoke, or deny points and rewards if fraud or policy violations are detected—before or after crediting.
Reward claims are subject to staff verification, including matching Discord identity and eligibility at the time of redemption.

6. Contact and Support

If you have issues with a survey submission, point crediting, or eligibility, open an official support ticket inside the Survwin Discord server. Tickets are the only supported method for disputes and ensure your concern is tracked and handled consistently.
