Survwin — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Survwin (“Survwin”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our Discord server, website pages, forms, and any surveys, tasks, point systems, and reward redemptions offered through Survwin (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, joining, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related rules we publish inside the official Survwin Discord server (“Server Rules”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

1. “Points” means Survwin’s internal virtual units used to track eligibility for rewards.
2. “Rewards” means payout methods offered by Survwin (e.g., gift cards, mobile wallet transfers, PayPal, or other methods we announce).
3. “Task” means any activity we provide (survey, captcha/game, verification step, form, or similar).
4. “Submission” means any information you submit through a Survwin form, survey, ticket, or Discord message for points or rewards.
5. “Fraud/Abuse” includes cheating, automation, multi-accounting, manipulation, false information, or any attempt to bypass controls.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

1. You must be 13 years of age or older and meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online reward programs and receive rewards in your location.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for verification and reward delivery (including Discord username and payout details when requested).
4. One person = one account. Multiple Discord accounts, shared accounts, “borrowed” accounts, or account farming are prohibited.
5. We may require identity or ownership verification (e.g., Discord checks, ticket confirmation, matching details) to prevent fraud.

3. Surveys and Task Participation Rules

1. All Submissions must be truthful, complete, and made by a real person. Spam, random answers, or low-quality Submissions may be rejected.
2. You must follow each survey/task’s instructions, including eligibility rules and required proof.
3. Duplicate participation in the same survey/task is prohibited unless we explicitly allow it.
4. You must not share private survey links, answers, or internal task mechanics outside authorized Survwin channels.
5. We may invalidate any Submission that appears incomplete, inconsistent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise not in good faith.

4. Anti-Abuse, Monitoring, and Enforcement

To protect fairness and platform integrity, Survwin uses anti-abuse controls and may apply them without notice.

1. We may use technical controls such as cookies/localStorage flags, device indicators, IP or network signals, rate limits, and behavior checks to detect abuse.
2. Attempts to bypass controls (including clearing storage repeatedly, using incognito patterns to repeat tasks, spoofing device identity, VPN abuse for duplication, or automation) may result in enforcement.
3. Enforcement actions may include: point removal, task disqualification, cooldowns, reward denial, temporary suspension, permanent bans, and refusal of future participation.
4. We may require additional verification before approving points or rewards if activity is flagged.
5. We may retroactively revoke points and deny redemptions if we later determine Abuse occurred, even if points were previously shown as credited.

5. Points: Earning, Adjustments, and Forfeiture

1. Points are awarded only after a Submission is received and validated under Survwin’s rules and checks.
2. Points may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld during verification or review.
3. Points may be revoked for rule violations, Abuse, inaccurate information, chargeback-related issues (if applicable), or administrative corrections.
4. Points may expire or be forfeited due to prolonged inactivity, leaving the Discord server, or account termination (as defined in Server Rules or redemption rules).
5. Survwin may modify point rates, requirements, and reward thresholds at any time. Changes apply to future participation and may also apply to unredeemed points if required for fairness or fraud prevention.

6. Rewards and Redemptions

1. Rewards are provided only after Survwin approves a redemption request and confirms eligibility.
2. We may impose minimum thresholds, verification steps, cooldown periods, or additional requirements before redemption.
3. You are responsible for providing correct payout details. If you provide incorrect details, Survwin is not obligated to re-issue a reward.
4. Reward processing times vary based on volume, verification, availability of payout methods, and operational constraints.
5. We may substitute a reward method (equal value) if a listed method becomes unavailable, restricted, or impractical.
6. Rewards may be denied or reversed if we determine the underlying points were obtained through Abuse or invalid Submissions.

7. Data Handling, Storage, and Webhook Processing

1. Submissions may be transmitted to Survwin’s internal systems (including webhook endpoints) to record responses, award points, detect fraud, and maintain audit logs.
2. We collect only what we need to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and process rewards.
3. We do not sell personal information. Access to sensitive redemption details is restricted to authorized staff for processing and fraud prevention.
4. We may retain necessary records to investigate Abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform integrity.
5. Requests for data deletion may be honored when feasible, but we may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention, security, and audit purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, automation tools, or any non-human method to complete tasks or claim rewards.
2. Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors (including duplication methods) to gain points or rewards.
3. Impersonate others, submit false details, or attempt to claim rewards using someone else’s identity or payout accounts.
4. Harass, threaten, blackmail, or abuse members or staff.
5. Trade, sell, or transfer points, accounts, or reward claims.
6. Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or harmful links.

9. Service Availability and Changes

1. Survwin may add, modify, pause, or remove surveys, tasks, reward methods, requirements, and features at any time.
2. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
3. We do not guarantee a minimum number of surveys, specific earnings, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Disputes, Reviews, and Appeals

1. If you believe points or rewards were incorrectly denied, you must open an official ticket through Survwin’s designated Discord support/ticket channel.
2. We may request evidence (screenshots, timestamps, proof of completion, ownership confirmation) to review your claim.
3. Our decision after review is final where Abuse indicators exist or where verification cannot be completed.

11. Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, Server Rules, or for suspected Abuse.
2. Upon termination, points may be revoked and rewards may be denied or cancelled if they are linked to invalid activity.
3. Attempts to return after a ban (ban evasion) may result in continued enforcement and permanent exclusion.

12. Governing Rules and Discord Relationship

1. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s Terms and policies.
2. Survwin is an independent community and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord.
3. In case of conflict between these Terms and any Server Rule, the stricter rule for fairness and safety will apply.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, security requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
